Really helpful video! I have the same laptop, Lenovo Legion Pro 5i 16IRX8. The RAM it came with shows 5600Mhz for me. I've been wanting to upgrade my storage and RAM as well. Can you guide me what is the max I can go for in SSD? Does it support Gen 5 SSDs as well? Also if you could name any good high-speed (5600-6000Mhz) RAM 64/96gb RAM kits and SSDs, I'd be big help. Thanks!

I sent mine back for a refund, the clock on the lock screen and the notification shade is unusable because oneplus made a stupid decision to make the hour digits deep red when they are '1'. Everyone is complaining about it, I went though the OnePlus support channels and this was the reply I received: `I would like to kindly inform you that the red number 1 is a tribute to our brand, it's part of OnePlus logo. It always been red for number one in OnePlus clocks. Therefore, you can rest assured the clock is not broken. This is a default feature and it cannot be changed.` My current phone is a OnePlus 3T, and it does not have an unreadable red clock. Why no-one mentions this in reviews is beyond me as being able to quickly tell the time is basic functionality. Community posted workarounds do not work. I'm not rooting my phone and breaking my banking apps and google pay to try and fix it myself.

Not gonna lie, I’m pretty bummed that the OLED panel only comes with the expensive version. I’m looking at over 2200€ for an OLED tablet with (finally) decent battery life and performance, a pen and a keyboard.

How big is the foam on this particular cooler? I have an IETS gt500 for my asus rog strix g17 but even with jist the outer ring i had to cut away a slight bit of foam so the intakes on the bottom weren't blocked at all on either side. The strix g17 is a pretty big laptop and was thinking the llano might suit it better.

The new Surface Pro 11 with Snapdragon Elite CPU can't play lol, mir4, diablo V, and more good games now.

Did you play around with the ARM Compatibility settings under Properties on the shortcut? Other reviewers who said this and that app doesn't work doesn't seem to know Windows has this which can fix ARM compatibility issues.

As a Mac user who would like to enjoy a CoPilot integrated laptop, I wish Windows had made their launch as good as Apple's M1, which mostly worked out of the box, even with video editing stuff. Microsoft should have emphasized graphics performance, the whole line of snapdragon just feels like a bunch of Windows office machines that aren't ready to game, aren't ready for creative professionals, just office workers to have thin and lights with better battery life, nice and all but not really alluring to a Mac user yet. It just feels half baked and like why didn't they just wait and get it right first, like competently decent.

I can't find the comment where someone said it's crazy how much software needs to run under emulation including LibreOffice. LibreOffice is available for ARM. People need to check before ranting.

Just got my Blade 14 , used and in good condition, just under $800. Although the battery is dead, it's no issue for me because I use it as a desktop replacement. It truly is an amazing machine.

Do you have any mobile/portable monitors to test? The Portable Monitor that works with my SL5 no longer works with SL7 via USBC; it does work with USBC + HDMI via USBC dock. I am wondering/hoping it is just a driver issue.

I love how in reviews"Light user" means anyone who doesn't video edit, as if video editing is alll people do on their PCs 🤷. Office isn't light use. Governments are run on Microsoft 365.

The only problems I've seen in reviews are DaVinci Resolve doesn't run well, it is beta software, and it doesn't Game. They're not gaming PCs anyway 🤷. Qualcomm and Microsoft never said all software would suddenly work.

I am not convinced it is definitely a great machine for corporate work but as a creative I definitely prefer Apple.

You mixed up the initial temperatures in your testing, the CPU was 80 and GPU was 75. You mixed them up initially

That noise factor is huge...I love how capable this thing is while being power-efficient and quiet! So many reviewers never mention the sound-profile, just focus on benchmarks and games but you never know what it really sounds like in operation.

sorry to say but every UA-camr is talking about video editing as if the whole world is into video making. Basic apps like IDM, office, web browser, Abode reader, coreal draw, and other every day apps device repairability, Battery cycles etc is missing.

Too expensive. With same money you can buy a budget gaming laptop with 2x the performance.
